It sounds like your dog has a rectal polyp. This fleshy bit of tissue is likely what is causing the blood you are seeing in the stool. If the treatment your vet prescribed is not working Jaz may need surgery to remove the polyp. Some vets feel comfortable performing this surgery while others may refer you to a specialist for surgery or endoscopy. I would recommend speaking with your vet about a possible referral to have the polyp removed.

This sounds like she may have intestinal worms. I recommend using a puppy deworming treatment dosed carefully for her weight and repeated as per directions. A probiotic is also recommended to promote recovery. If she develops a fever or loss of appetite she must be seen by your vet

This sounds like she has intestinal parasites. Young puppies usually have roundworms and often hookworms and can have a swollen stomach as a result. Left untreated they can cause anemia, diarrhea and poor health in a puppy. You can purchase pyrantel dewormer at PetCo. Follow the label directions. Swelling of the abdomen as you describe can be from many causes including fluid buildup in the abdomen (due to things such as heart disease, liver disease, low protein levels due to kidney loss or intestinal loss or severe intestinal parasitism), tumors in the abdomen as well as tumors that are bleeding or oozing into the abdomen. The vet will palpate your dog's belly and may recommend testing including a fecal test to check for parasites and bacteria, an x-ray to look for fluid and tumors, and bloodwork to check protein and red and white blood cell levels.

Swelling around the anal region could be an indication of an impacted or infected anal gland. The constipation you describe could be due to lack of fiber in the diet, eating something out of the ordinary, or perhaps an infectious cause such as an intestinal worm infection. If Mila has not seen her veterinarian for this yet, I would recommend this happen soon. Oh dear! These are very concerning signs - I would be worried that Kisses may have a serious problem such as internal bleeding, heart or liver disease, or a severe infection of some kind. I'm afraid that there isn't really anything you can do at home for a problem this serious - she really needs to be seen by a vet immediately. If her regular vet is out of town, I would take her to another vet today for an exam and some diagnostic testing to find out what's wrong.

The pus means infection, his paws could be swollen from allergies or infection, and poop in the blood could be due to a GI illness, sudden change in diet, or intestinal worms to name a few.
