Is it normal for my puppy's stomach to gurgle and move while sleeping?

No, I would not be worried about it. You are a very new doggy owner and I am glad to see your are observing even the little things. However, over the course of your dog's life you will hear lots of different noises coming from Jax's tummy. Most of these noises will be normal sound associated with the movement and contraction of the gastrointestinal tract. Unless you are seeing clinical signs of illness, I would not spend too much time worry about this. In terms of common GI issues in puppies, the most common one is diarrhea or malabsorptive disorders relating to parasites. Make sure Jax has been properly dewormed by bringing a fecal sample into your vet. They can check for parasites and deal with them if need be. Good luck with your puppy!

Is your dog acting sick or nauseated in any way? Like refusing to eat, drooling excessively or trying to eat grass? If not, then I would not be too concerned. Hello, thank you for your question about Walter. Based on the symptoms that you are describing I suspect that Walter is experiencing some mild stomach upset or indigestion. Since he is otherwise acting normal I would recommend continuing to monitor him for the next 24 hours. If it you only noticed it once, and she's otherwise totally normal, I wouldn't worry about it. If you're noticing a pattern of frequent loud stomach sounds, I would recommend discussing that with your vet to see if they would recommend any medical work up (it will depend on her overall health) or if you can try different dog foods -- perhaps probiotics or a bland prescription diet.

If Blue is not vomiting or having diarrhea, is eating normally, has a normal energy and no abdominal pain I wouldn't be concerned about the noises. You could try adding a probiotic (available at most pet stores and online) to his food to see if this makes a difference and seek veterinary care if he does start vomiting/diarrhea/lethargy/pain.

It's possible Oreo could have an upset stomach. Picking up his food and then offering some bland food such as boiled rice and chicken can help with minor GI upset. If the gurgling continues or he seems ill, a vet visit is best to rule out more serious illness, parasites, etc that could cause stomach upset.

It can be normal to twitch in their sleep. Puppies and dogs dream, and she may be reacting to the dreams. My own dog sometimes barks in her sleep. As for the pot belly, she may have intestinal worms which is common in puppies. That would cause a pot belly. Have her seen by the vet to get a deworming treatment. Her stool sounds ok.
