My puppy has stiff back legs and is peeing uncontrollably. Why?

Unfortunately, this sounds like a serious condition that needs to be seen by your vet again right away. If your regular vet couldn't help, seeking out another vet in person, or a specialist such as a neurologist may be a good idea to see what is going on with the puppy. Using aids such as a towel under the belly may help with walking and getting around, however the seizures are worrisome and need care in person.

Usually small breed dogs require to be fed throughout the day every 6 hours or so. However, this could also be due to something else like a toxicity of some kind. If Honey is having trouble getting up or standing, isn't urinating or defecating at all, or seems otherwise in distress or confused, I would bring her to a vet ASAP. It's possible there could be an issue going on with the nerves or muscles causing her some difficulty, illness, obstruction, or other issue, and it should be checked out by a vet to rule out anything serious.

See how she is after this. With her being so small, her blood sugar could be having difficulties regulating, especially if she is a picky eater or doesn't eat that much. Yes, he should be checked by your veterinarian ASAP. This is not normal behavior for a puppy. He may be sick, anemic, have a low blood sugar or have suffered some kind of injury. Due to his very young age, he could decline quickly and the sooner he is checked, the better.

The fact that he cannot use his legs is very concerning as that could be the result of the seizures or be unrelated. I highly recommend that you have Max evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible for further assessment and treatment. Diagnostics that will be recommended will include bloodwork and advanced imaging such as an MRI.
