Why is my 8-week puppy not eating, lethargic, and has diarrhea?

You need to take Dora into a vet immediately. It's very concerning that such a young puppy isn't eating anything, has vomited, and has been lethargic. That indicates she is sick, and because young puppies can be so fragile and go downhill quite quickly, she needs veterinary care now. Pease take her into a vet asap.

Puppies this young can get dehydrated very quickly and become quite ill. I am worried about the possibility of intestinal parasites, eating something he shouldn't have (dietary indiscretion), or even a bacterial or viral infection (like parvovirus). Baily may need some tests to see what the underlying cause is, such as a parvo test and fecal test.
