No this is definitely not normal behavior. She should be seen by a vet as this can be the start of a type of seizure activity. I suggest you video the behavior with your phone so you can show it to your vet during the exam as Diesel will not likel be exhibiting this behavior at the vet's office.

This could be normal behavior - particularly the turning in circles and walking while defecating. Some dogs will do this when defecating for no particular reason. The whining is a bit more concerning and could be a sign of pain so it might be a good idea to have Trusty examined by your vet to make sure his anal glands and rectum seem normal.

It is normal that Mila may be a little quieter than usual, she could simply be tired and going through a growth spurt. As long as she is eating and drinking normally, and going potty normally, I would not worry about it :-)

It's possible something may have startled your puppy, however if he is whimpering or appearing very agitated it could indicate an issue such as pain or illness causing him to feel unwell.
