My puppy fell off the bed multiple times. Is he okay with no symptoms?

Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | 12 lbs

Hello, i have a puppy of 3 months and he fell off my bed about twice last month. The first time, I picked him up right away and he showed no concerning symptoms. The second time, I was asleep when he fell and realized what happened until the morning. Again, he showed no concerning symptoms. He also jumped out of my arms and fell about twice too. He has never showed any concerning symptoms. He seems totally fine. Should I still worry if those falls could have caused something?

Puppies are very resilient so Pi is probably fine. He would show a problem right away if he was injured. He certainly can get injured from falling so I would make sure he isn’t able to fall off the bed again or from someone’s arms. He could get a head or neck injury or break a bone so please be careful. If he’s acting normal I wouldn’t be worried. The most I would be worried about is a broken bone but it sounds like that didn’t happen. I think Rudy will be fine. Give him lots of kisses for me!!

My 6-week-old puppy got hit by a falling object. Is he okay?

Yes, I think he’ll be fine. Luckily puppies are very resilient and many minor injuries heal quickly in young animals. If there was a serious head injury he would be lethargic, not responsive or not eat or drink normally. He may have some discomfort on his head for a day or so but probably no lasting issues. My 2-month-old poodle puppy fell from bed and cried. Is she okay?

At this stage, considering your description, she seems absolutely fine. I would recommend to monitor her for the next 8 hours and if you do not notice any sign (pain, lethargy, lameness, inappetence, vomiting, diarrhoea) there is no need for a vet check up.

Luckily puppies are very flexible and rarely get injured like adult dogs. Oliver may be sore tomorrow and if there is a problem it should show up by then. Please keep him quiet tonight and watch him for any symptoms. My puppy fell off bed, limping but seems fine. What should I do?

If it just started you can let her rest for a few days with minimal walking and minimal physical exercise, if it does not improve within 3-4 days you will have to take her to the vet in order to get it checked and treated, she might need pain killers for a few days. if the vet think it's something more serious such as a fracture, joint injury or foreign body, he might recommend to have an xray done as well.
