What are signs my 3-month-old puppy needs an emergency vet visit?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 14 days old | 15 lbs

My question and concerns are in photos. PLEASE HELP

Hi. It sounds like little Hrafna isn't doing well. She could have an infection, a congenital defect, and much more. I wouldn't wait until Tuesday to have her seen. I would find a local animal ER to have her examined and some diagnostics done. They will most likely start with an exam, lab work, and possible x-rays to help point us in a direction of a diagnosis.
