Yes you cann feed your puppy mutton, chicken and fish. Do not feed fish exclusively, and make sure you cook all the meat and fish. You should also add veggies and rice. Best is a commercially produced puppy food, but seeing that you live in India, you might not be able to get such food. If you live in a larger city, there will likely be a veterinary doctor who sells puppy food.

Cow's milk isn't digestible to dogs at this age, so I would definitely not give that or you will almost certainly get loose stools. A boiled egg is high in calories also, so its best to limit this to 3-4 times a week at most or you have the potential to make Charlie a bit overweight. He is a rather cute puppy though. No, you should not do that as it would alter the nutritional composition of your dog's food. You should feed a good quality complete puppy food for large dogs. This would be proper food that provides your dog with everything he needs. You can give a boiled egg once in a while as a treat but not as a regular supplement with his feed.

Hello. By itself, I do not think there is any concern feeding turmeric milk to your puppy, but some kinds will have different amounts of sweeteners & herbs in them. Not that any of this is dangerous, but I can not tell you if this may affect your puppy at all.
