My 2-month-old puppy has a cast. Does he need surgery or just rest?

He need a surgery or no? Know they put him a cast. Plz help me what is the best thing i must do for him . He is 2 month old

Hello. Poor Biko. I am sure he does not need surgery. A supporting wrap is all that is necessary & lots of rest to give the bone a chance to heal. He is so young that this will heal very quickly. He may even be using the leg again in 2 weeks, but he should stay in a support wrap for 4-6 weeks. He should be just fine. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
