Why is my puppy's poop bloody initially, but she's acting normal?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 27 days old | 20 lbs

My chocolate lab puppy of 3 months just went outside to go poop she had blood in the beginning but then it ended, she’s never had blood in her poop and her behavior is the same

It could be Sycamore has intestinal worms, may have eaten something rotten, has a problem with her anal sacs, or has a GI illness causing the blood in her poop. I'd take her into a vet now to get checked out. Best of luck.
