My puppy bit me, no bleeding. Do I need a rabies shot for myself?

I am sorry to hear about your concern for your puppy. The answer to this question will depend on the circumstances. If this is a puppy you do not know/a stray/from an uknown home then I would recommend contacting your human physician. If this is your puppy who has been in your care with no exposure to wildlife and who is acting normally/healthy then the concern for rabies is very low but it does look like there is a puncture in your skin so I would recommend consulting your human doctor as we can develop bacterial infections due to dog bites and your doctor can advise you if treatment is necessary.

Ultimately, you should wash your bite wound thoroughly and seek medical attention for your bite wound. Puppies can have a biting behavior although it should not be tolerated or encouraged. This means you should avoid this behavior, stop giving him attention if he shows this behavior, redirect this behavior to a toy and above all never punish him as this can make the behavior worse. As for him going after other dogs, I see that he isn't neutered. Intact males can be aggressive toward other dogs, and when they can't reach the object of their aggression, they turn on the nearest human or animal. It's called redirected aggression and it's serious. I recommend neutering him and having him seen by a professional behavioral expert to deal with his aggression.
