Why does my puppy have a big stomach and soft poop? Is it worms?

It could be that Kilo has intestinal worms. Those are common in puppies and can lead to a big stomach. If he isn't up to date on his deworming treatments, I recommend getting him one. Panacur is a good brand, and it's a three day course of treatment. You will need to give him another course of treatment two weeks after the first ends to kill all the worms. Very commonly worm infestation (gastrointestinal parasites) can affect puppies and cause the signs you are describing. If she is acting normal otherwise than it might just be that her stomach is full from the feeding. She could also have a parasite causing her stomach to be enlarged. Have a vet take a look at her to determine if she needs treatment. She may need to be dewormed with a broad spectrum dewormer.

This is very concerning as it appears to contain blood, mucus and possibly bowel lining. I recommend an oral worm medication, a specialist intestinal or hydrolyzed diet for 6 weeks and a probiotic/fiber supplement such as fortiflora to rebalance the bowel and rule out any parasitic causes. 8 week old puppies, even large breed ones, have pretty tiny stomachs, and they also have poor abdominal musculature development at this stage.
