Pet's info: Dog | Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 13 days old
I caught my 3 month old bulldog puppy chewing on a tulip pedal. I took it away before he could swallow the whole thing, and I think it was just the one pedal (if not it definitely wasn't much more). I know tulip bulbs are toxic but I didn't know if I should be concerns about a small amount of a pedal

Hi there. You are correct in that the petals are not as toxic as the bulb/stems/leaves. Signs that Rocky is feeling the toxicity would be falling over, sleepy, sore abdomen, vomiting/diarrhea, tremors or seizures. If you notice anything abnormal bring him to a vet immediately, but if he is happy, eating/drinking normally, and playing, he should be ok.
