Can fur off a dog toy cause an issue with my puppy's digestive system? She just got a new toy from a family member I normally don't give her these types of toys because I'm afraid of the fur but she really wanted it. The fur does seem to come off with a slight tug but its thin as far as I can tell.

The amount that is missing will likely pass in a day or so. If she stripped and ate all the "fur", that would increase her risk of an obstruction or gastrointestinal upset. Monitor for lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite or abdominal pain.
