My 3 month old pitbull puppy ate my headphones. Both ear buds and metal aux she pooped out some pieces but not all. She is eating, drinking and playing just fine. But I'm still worried. She's about 18lb.

Bad Pearl! She will likely pass it in good time. If she ate the wires and cord then I would take her to your vet as soon as possible for X-rays because cords and strings can be more difficult to pass. You can add some canned food to her diet to help bulk up her stool to help her pass it. If she is still eating and not vomiting then she likely doesn't have an obstruction. If you still haven't seen her pass it or if she starts to act lethargic or starts to vomit then I would take her to your vet for an exam and abdominal X-rays.
