If she is acting normal otherwise than it might just be that her stomach is full from the feeding. She could also have a parasite causing her stomach to be enlarged. Have a vet take a look at her to determine if she needs treatment. She may need to be dewormed with a broad spectrum dewormer.

I recommend NOT feeding her until tomorrow, only small sips of water and walk her every 2-4 hours until bedtime. If she starts non-productively retching, appears restless or painful, pacing, won't lie down then she should go to the closest emergency room. If none of those things happen then she should be fine. If he stomach looks normal size tomorrow morning then resume her normal feeding schedule with her normal food. Good luck!

I have no idea what over the counter medications you have available to you in Germany that you could possibly give her. I suggest you just leave her be and call your vet for a recommendation when they are open. Do not give her anything to eat for 6-8 hours but access to water is fine. Her stomach and GI tract need a bit of time to rest.

I assume you mean that he ate adult dog food. That is perfectly fine, he may have some gastrointestinal signs like vomiting or having diarrhoea but otherwise he should not have any other side effect. I would recommend to feed him with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days.
