There are two ice cream places by my house. One gives dog whipped cream and a dog treat. The other does vanilla ice cream and a dog treat. At what age can puppies digest lactose? My puppy is almost 11 weeks old.

Most dogs are never able to tolerate lactose and the sugar from these items. The whipped cream is likely more tolerable than the ice cream if I had to choose but you may just want stick with the dog treat to help avoid any upset stomach.
