Why do my 8-month-old puppy's adult teeth look discolored or damaged?

Can anyone explain to me what's happening with my Shiba, she's 8months and I just noticed her adult teeth looking like this.

This is enamel erosion/hypoplasia- probably congenital. You need to have her evaluated by a veterinary dental specialist.
