Pregnant Boston Terrier's temp fluctuating, no labor. Is it normal?

I would not worry unless she isn't acting normal or unless she is showing signs of distress or contractions. If there is signs of contractions or distress and puppies still aren't coming then you will want your vet to take a look at her. Usually, the body temperature does go back up into the normal range before labor actually begins - so this sounds normal :) I would expect that she will probably begin having puppies within the next 24 hours, based on what you're describing here.
