I have a bluetick coonhound who is 59 days pregnant. I habe been checking her temp all week and this morning around 8:30 am it was 97.4 i took it again tonight about 9:00 and it was 100.2. Her vulva is really swollen and im not sure if i should worry where it went back up.

This drop in temperature can signify the start of labor. Typically after the temperature drops below 100F, you can expect puppies within 24 hours. Keep an eye on Roxy, and if she hasn't given birth 24 hours after this temperature drop, have her seen by a vet. I hope this helps!
