Updated on September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 17 days old

Please I just started adding pork fat to Fierce's food. How frequent should she take it? And how good is it?

I would not advise adding pork fat to Fierce's food, the high fat content may predispose him to gastrointestinal upset or possibly a painful condition called pancreatitis. If you are interested in adding a healthy protein i would suggest skinless, boiled chicken breast or extra lean ground beef. For healthy oils I would suggest fish oil supplement such as this;
