Pomeranian vomiting after flea medicine. When to see a vet?

My Pomerania dog has started being sick after taking one Bob Martin flea tablet it has been one hour and has been sick twice should i take him to vets as I am worried.

I would observe Archie. Usually, once the offending tablet is out of his body, the vomiting should stop. So he may try to vomit one more time and then that should stop. If he keeps vomiting then you should take him to a vet for an exam. I am not so happy with the Bob Martin Flea products, I would stay away from them and rather buy flea medication from the vet. You then have a guarantee that they are good quality and likely work better than the over the counter medication.
