It looks like Nola needs to be evaluated by a veterinarian and have some skin testing done. Your vet can do some simple skin tests to evaluate for parasites (such as mites), bacterial overgrowth or yeast overgrowth, then determine the best treatment option for Nola. If she has a bacterial skin infection, she may need oral antibiotics to resolve the infection, but she may have something else going on since Blu-Kote seemed to make things worse.
