I would recommend a good quality commercial puppy food for Nancy as puppy diets have extra calcium and calories they need to maintain a healthy pregnancy and produce healthy pups. Please discontinue the fried chicken and fish diet as eating these foods alone is not food for pregnant dogs or dogs in general and yes, oily food is not good for dogs as they are high in fat and low in nutritional value.
