Sometimes they can get nauseous after having puppies. You can try some plain chicken and rice to help settle her stomach. You also can try to hand express the last two teats so they don't get too full and infected. If they are red, hot, and/or painful she will likely need an exam and some antibiotics prescribe by your vet for mastitis (infection in the mammary tissue).
