Newborn puppies dying. Should I bottle feed or take them to the vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 57 lbs

Dog just had 7 puppies (third batch) 2 died.. first two batch total 20 puppies all died . She laid one them all . Dont want the five rhat livin to die. Should i take them to vet and let them bottle feed them if so how much vet normally charge

You can bottle feed them yourself, the vet won't do it unless you surrender them to the vet or the SPCA. You should have Roxie spayed, she doesn't sound like a good mother if she won't take care of her puppies. She should not be bred again.
