That is very odd behavior for Baxter. If your normal veterinarian cannot figure it out, record the episode and see a veterinary neurologist. It is possible that there is something abnormal in the connections within her brain. If she has not had bloodwork run recently to check her blood sugar levels, it could be related to that as well and I advise to get those checked. During that time, they will also evaluate the liver to make sure that it is normal. There is a new diet made by Purina called Neurocare and that may be something that could be beneficial to Baxter. Bailey is an older girl, and these behaviors are signs of being sick. She could have kidney disease, diabetes, a pyometra (an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment), or even cancer causing her symptoms. Pictures can be deceiving but it looks like she may have developed cataracts and i recommend a full vet check as soon as possible to rule out medical causes such as diabetes and other hormonal conditions. Surgical removal is often possible to restore vision
