Why is my 1.5-year-old Labrador so small? Is his growth normal?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 4 months old | 39.8 lbs

My labrador is 1 year old and 5 months now. He weight 18 kg and 24 inch tall. How can i boost my dog growth?

Is this a purebred Labrador? If so, 40 pounds is very, very small. Have you had Dugan examined by a veterinarian to rule out any underlying medical issues (ie: liver or kidney disease) as the cause for his small size? I suggest you do that before considering any supplements, etc to "boost" growth. Those supplements can be damaging if there is an underlying medical problem.
