I think my dog is a Mountain Cur, but what breed is she really?

What breed is my dog. I’m thinking mountain cur but not sure

Where we live this would be a 'Carolina dog' which is like a mountain cur. Basically both of these are mongrel dogs that are a mix of everything and they revert to the wild dog type which is medium size, almost always the color of Sadie, thin, athletic and often skiddish or shy. They are smart and long lived, having learned to survive in the wild for generations. These are the most common type of feral dog and each region has a local name for the breed. Sure! As a guess, I suspect Boxer with some sort of taller hound breed. The blue eyes can be found in borh these breeds. She is likely a mix of several breeds and not a 50/50 cross. She’s a pretty girl!

How do I find out my terrier mix dog's breed? Is she a Rat Terrier?

She could be mixed with just about anything based on her photo. I would agree that she does look like some kind of terrier mix. If you asked 5 different vets you will get 5 different answers. : ) I would suggest getting a DNA test on her to find out what she is mixed with. They are pretty accurate and also can inform you about what genetic diseases she is susceptible to getting. How can I tell what breed my mixed dog is from photos?

I see Rat terrier in his face in the middle picture. We may never know.
