Why is my Siberian Husky puppy having trouble walking on hind legs?

I would suggest taking Aurora's pup for a vet exam. It could be a congesnital disorder or the pup may have been injuries inadvertently if Aurora sat on her or moved her. The earlier treatment instituted in some of these cases the better the chance the pup will have normal function.

I recommend to have Coco examined. When a pet is holding up the hind leg and won’t put weight on it, there is a concern that they have torn their cranial cruciate ligament or that the kneecap is out of place. The doctor will determine the cause based upon a physical exam and may recommend further diagnostics. I hope this helps and that Coco gets back to normal quickly. Pain on extension of the hind legs can be indicative of hip pain, knee pain, spinal pain, or even a soft tissue injury in that area. I would recommend having Coco evaluated by a veterinarian so he/she can perform a complete physical, orthopedic and neurologic exam to better localize his pain. Based on what is found, he/she may then be able to prescribe an anti-inflammatory pain medication to help Coco feel better. I hope this is helpful!

Poor Moose! Weakness can be due to bone, muscle or nerve injuries and in puppies a number of parasites such as neospora can also be involved. Blood tests, physical therapy, acupuncture and chiropractic care cold all be considered as long as there is still some sensation and withdrawal reflexes in the limbs. A full neurological assessment should be performed to help localise the origin of the problem

I am concerned about a possible trauma or even ruptured disc in his back. Is there any way he could of had trauma or an injury to his back. Also infection like meningitis can cause neurological changes. I know you took him to a vet but he most like needs x-rays and possibly a ct/MRI to really look for broken bones and an injured spinal cord. I hope robin approves quickly

He could have a disease of growing puppies called HOD, or panosteitis, or could have a fracture or dislocation. He could also be weak or neurological causing abnormal walking. That is not a normal behavior, and I would worry that there is an issue with the nerves, muscles or bones in her hind end or back, or even a neurologic issue further up. It would be best to bring her to your vet ASAP so they can examine her and perform testing such as X-rays to try and figure out the issue.
