In some cases this is actually a nervous system abnormality. I recommend that you have him evaluated by your veterinarian so that this can be further assessed which will likely include radiographs. Walking sideways isn't normal. It can indicate brain dysfunction, inner ear infection, or major organ dysfunction. I would recommend that you have Dioji examined by a vet. The vet will do a thorough physical and neurologic exam, and may recommend blood work to see what is going on.

Pozzy may be having trouble with his back. Intervertebral disc disease may look like this. I would advise to get some radiographs done to see how the vertebra looks. If there is no obvious cause, a consult with a neurologist may be indicated. There may also be physical therapy exercises that may help as well. He would be young but degenerative myelopathy could also be a factor. The doctor should be able to get a better idea based on a physical exam.
