I would recommend taking Rocky to a vet for a check up because he is so young. Diarrhea can be caused by parasites, diet, stress, and even viruses. It is important to figure out why Rocky is having diarrhea so it can be corrected. I hope that helps

All new foods can cause some diarrhoea and it helps to introduce new foods over a few days as well as adding probiotics to help the bowel. If he is currently tolerating wet food best then a puppy wet formula would be recommended. Ensure also he is up to date with deworming treatments as intestinal worms can contribute to such signs also
