Yes he can even though it is not his ideal environment at all and he could suffer
as he has to adapt to the warm and humid weather.

Hello. You should be able to leave your husky out with what you have available for him. But I will add one more thing you can do for him. Make sure you strip out his undercoat completely ( you will probably need a groomer to do this ). I do not recommend shaving a northern breed, but removing the undercoat & leaving the top coat should keep him pretty comfortable. Of course, if he does seem to suffer from the heat, you may need to bring him into an airconditioned environment for some parts of the day. See how he does & just use good judgement.
