Why is my 8-week Goldendoodle puppy vomiting, wheezing, and snotty?

Pet's info: Dog | Goldendoodle | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 2 days old | 6 lbs
I purchased a Goldendoodle yesterday. She is 8 weeks old. No lethargy. No loss of appetite. Vomiting, painting/wheezing and slight runny nose. What can I do? Possible diagnosis?

This sign could be compatible with an upper respiratory tract inflammation/infection or possibly to a rhinitis (inflammatory, allergic, infective). A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed.
The vomiting may be related to it or not, but a physical examination will be needed to establish it.
