My dog's on meds every 12 hours. Is giving them early harmful?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 53 lbs

My dog is on antibiotics and anti inflammation medication after her anal gland ruptured, I’m supposed to give her the medication every 12hr if I give it to her one day at 11hr will it affect her

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I’m sorry to hear Snow had an anal gland rupture. Ideally twice daily medications are given every 12 hours, but giving them a little early should not be an issue. Good luck!
