My German Shepherd's hind legs hurt. Is it from limited movement?

Does gsd hind legs pain when we tie them for longer duration coz which they can't really move around much?

I suspect something is abnormal with Oggy's hips or hind legs. German Shepherds are known to have many problems with hip dysplasia and poor confirmation. Dogs should really not be tired to long periods of time (more than a few hours) and they should have enough space to move around, stretch....walk around etc. being sore afterwards is not expected. I recommend to have Oggy checked by the veterinarian for orthopedic issues.
