Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | spayed | 10 months and 14 days old | 60 lbs
My 10 month old female German shepherd has been limping on her back right leg for 4 days now. She puts weight on it sometimes, other times she holds it up. I have thoroughly examined her entire foot, leg and hip, she doesn't seem to be in pain at all. Im thinking she tore a muscle horsing around with my rottweiler outside...what could this be?

Since this condition apparently is congenital, it will not go away by itself or with medication. You may want to see a veterinary orthopedic specialist for an exam. He will be able to tell you if there is a way to correct this either by surgery or bandaging or other methods.
