Why is my female dog not eating, vomiting, and can't have puppies?

Poor Babygirl! I see that she isn't spayed. One of the causes of her symptoms could be a pyometra, which is an infection of the uterus. This is fatal without treatment. It could also be she has a GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, or pancreatitis. Because she hasn't eaten in two days, is vomiting, and I can't rule out a pyometra without seeing her in person, I would take her into a vet immediately. Best of luck.

It seems there is something in the stomach indeed but it is not likely to cause an obstruction, it could be the cause of the symptoms though but an ultrasound is indeed necessary to confirm it. another option is to repeat the xray with contrast media in order to get a better idea regarding what could be in the stomach.

Poor Gypsy. This could be due several things like a respiratory problem, eating something she shouldn't, all the hormones, a bacterial/viral infection, parasites and much more. Since she is pregnant, we have to be careful what medicines she gets put on. I would have your vet take a look at her to ensure all of the puppies are still okay. Unfortunately, those are very general signs of illness that can be a part of a lot of different issues. Parasites, illness, obstructions, infections, etc can all be potential causes behind vomiting and refusal to eat. If she's only vomited once or twice, you can try a bland meal of boiled rice and chicken to try and settle her stomach, however if she keeps vomiting, is refusing all food, is very lethargic, or seems painful or in distress, it is best to seek veterinary care ASAP.

Poor Princess! She could be pregnant but she could also have something else going on like parasites, eating something she shouldn’t, a bacterial infection or even a viral infection. You can try to offer her some plain chicken (no bones) and white rice to see if you can entice her to eat. If she doesn’t perk up soon, I would have your vet take a look at her. I worry she is going to get dehydrated. Your vet will be able do a fecal, blood work and even X-rays if needed. Your vet will be able to assess her hydration and give her fluids if needed. I don’t think she is depressed. I think she is probably sick. I worry about a uterine infection called a pyometra. It is a pus filled uterus. It doesn’t happen often just after pregnancy, but it can. If this is her problem it is life threatening without surgery. I would encourage you to take her to your local humane society or city shelter as often they will provide low cost or even free spay and neuter. Nala is likely not eating anything because she may be sick. You can try to warm up her food and offer her the food that way. However, since she is not spayed there is always a chance she has a uterine infection, sometimes there is a visible discharge from her vulva. Drinking a lot would also be a sign of an infection. Not eating is a very general sign of illness, so she could be suffering from a wide variety of conditions and you should make an appointment with your vet for an exam. Your vet may want to do blood work and, if he suspects a problem in his abdomen, also x-rays.
