What should I feed my 6-week-old German Shepherd puppy and how often?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 15 days old | 12 lbs

I have a 6 week old german shepherd puppy. How often should I be feeding him? Is 3 times a day ok? Also, is he old enough for puppy food alone or should I mix it with formula or wet food? Also, are Merrick and Orijen good brands he currently eats royal canin for german shepherd puppies mixed with epsilac should I keep him on this or move to a different food? Lastly, should I take him to the vet now or wait 2 weeks until he can receive his shots?

Feed him 4-5 times daily at his age. Puppies need to eat small meals frequently to keep glucose levels stable. As he ages, you can definitely rease the number of feedings until he is eating twice daily at about 1 year old.
The brands of food you mentioned are all premium diets and excellent choices for a growing puppy. If the have "large breed" puppy formulas, those would be best to ensure Odin doesn't grow too fast. You can make a slurry or gruel by mixing the Esbilac with the kibble. Decrease the amount of liquid over the next few weeks until he is eating dry food by 8-10 weeks of age.
He can begin vaccines at 8 weeks of age though you may want to have him dewormed now and then repeat it in the next several weeks.
