My German Shepherd puppy is almost 7 months old and I want to know how to properly feed him, how often, what quantities, and what foods other than dog food can he eat?

It depends on the food. Different brands of puppy food will have more or less concentrated food, so I would need to know the type of food in order to specifically answer the question. German Shepherd puppies should be on a dog food labeled for large breed puppies. Hill's and Royal Canin both have a food for large breed puppies. The amount they should be fed will be listed on the bag or can of dog food. It's best to feed the recommended amount for your puppy's age and adjust it if she is getting too skinny or too fat.
I hope that helps and all is well with Lexi.
