The average dose for an 8 pound dog is about 1/2 of a
2.5 mg tablet. A full tablet is higher than double the dose but still within a fairly safe range. There should not be any major concern with the 2 medications together, however all patients react differently and all seizure patients are unique in what can trigger an event in them. If you have any concerns about how she is feeling or acting then I would highly encourage you to have her evaluated by your veterinarian as soon as possible. Best of luck and thank you for using Pet Coach.
