Can enrofloxacin harm my 7-week-old puppy's growth or joints?

Hello and thank you for the update. Please, do not use dexamethasone as it is detrimental in case of corneal damage. You can use Ciprofloxacine instead twice a day until you can get Roshni seen by your vet. There is no need to use systemic antibiotic, like Amoxicilin.

Since Toby has not improved on his medications, I highly recommend that you have Toby reevaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. At this point given she has not improved, I would recommend you consider having her evaluated by a veterinary ophthalmologist who can recommend further. Hi and thanks for your post on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! You will need to see your veterinarian for an ocular exam to determine if there is a foreign body in the eye. The antibiotic that would be efficacious towards Klebsiella would be a ophthalmic solution that contains tobramycin or gentamicin. Best of luck!
