My dog's puppies died after birth. How do I dry up her milk?

my great dane femail dog gave birth 2 days ago and all the pups died i do not know why this is the first time it has ever hapend . could you help me and also how can i dry her up

I am so sorry to hear this happened.

You do not have to do anything to "dry her up". Since the puppies are not nursing she will dry up on her own. Milk is only produced in response to the puppies sucking on the teats. Do not handle the teats or try to strip them - you will make matters worse. Not only will she continue to produce milk but your could introduce bacteria into the teats and cause mastitis. Just leave her alone and she will dry up in a few days.
