My dog has yeast in her paws, I believe. What are some good at home remedies to tame the reproduction of it until we can get to the vet?

Poor Rusty. When you bathe him make sure to let his feet soak in the lather up 15-30 minutes. This will allow for the best penetration of the shampoo. Make sure your vet knows he's not improving. I don't know why medications have been tried but sometime oral antifungal medications are needed for persistent yeast. If your vet has tried all of the basic treatments it may be time to ask for referral to a dermatologist for a full skin workup.
