My husky has a small white bump on her lower eyelid. She doesn't seem bothered by it. Should I be concerned?

Poor pup! If she's had the spot for more than a few days now, it is best to have a vet take a look. Injury to the eye, illness, infections of the eye, etc can all cause weird spots or growths, and your vet can examine it to find the problem. Until you can get to the vet, using an Elizabethan (cone) collar can help if it is bothersome to her, to prevent more scratching or irritation.
