My dog is weak, vomiting, and unresponsive. Is this an emergency?

This not good . It appears Chiquita is in respiratory distress and that is always an emergency. Please take her to an emergency room (Pet ER) right away. The signs are too unspecific to pinpoint a cause over the internet. The vet will want to do blood tests and a chest x-ray to determine why Chiquita can't breathe normally and is weak.

What you are describing is a combination of weakness, and pain, along with some underlying disease. The bleeding can be due to a severe gastritis that is causing the lining of his gut to slough out (HGE or Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis), a ruptured tumor, rat bait toxicity, or other causes. I strongly recommend you have Taz seen by a vet right away. Best of luck with Taz.

I'm not sure why you gave Buddy Benadryl. That's for allergic reactions in dogs, not vomiting and bloody diarrhea. He sounds very sick, and it's extremely serious he can't even keep down water. He has to see a vet now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.

I am so very sorry to hear about your dog. Based on your photos she looks severely emaciated and dehydrated, and possibly anemic (I can see her third eyelid in one photo and it looks quite pale). The possible causes are many and could include severe parasitism, infectious disease, autoimmune disease, organ failure, cancer, toxin exposure. Your dog needs veterinary attention right away if she is to survive, or to help her pass peacefully if you are unable to provide care for her. It sounds like she is suffering and she needs to be examined by a vet and have some testing done (such as stool testing and bloodwork to start) to try to determine why she is so ill. It sounds like Ingmar could have a serious health issue related to heart disease, seizures, or toxin exposure. I strongly recommend you have him examined by a veterinarian right away as some of these issues can be life threatening. Your veterinarian can assess Ingmar for a heart murmur and take X-rays to determine if emergency heart medication is needed. If seizures are suspected, then medication may be needed to prevent them in the future. Blood work should also be done to ensure no organ issues are present. Hello, I’m sorry to hear about Baboo. Based on the symptoms you are describing it sounds like Baboo is quite sick and should be seen by a veterinarian. Vomiting and diarrhea are nonspecific symptoms that can be a sign of many underlying diseases, such as problems within the GI tract (ingestion of foreign material, etc) or systemic problems (liver or kidney disease, pancreatitis, etc). I am so sorry to hear about Shiva. It sounds like she needs to get to the vet right away with tehse symptoms. In an unspayed dog who is acting ill like this we always worry about an infection of the uterus called a pyometra https://veterinarypartner.vin.com/default.aspx?pid=19239&id=4951481 . In any dog with a bloated belly and lethargy we also worry about things like a tumor that is bleeding, fluid in the belly due to heart or liver disease. All of these things require immediate veterinary care, so I would get Shiva to the vet today, the emergency vet if your vet is closed.
