My dog is weak, stumbling, and eating but seems sick. What should I do?

Your dog needs to see a vet. He sounds very sick. The symptoms you describe are very vague and don't point to any one illness or disease process. He needs to be examined by a vet in person. Please get him to a vet for an exam as soon as possible.

Cookie sounds very sick, and it's serious that he's not eating, is weak (likely the cause of this wobbling), and lethargic. You cannot treat this at home, you need to take him into a vet immediately.

All of those combined sound like a very serious issue that should be seen by a veterinarian in person immediately. Toxicity, neurologic issues, illness, vestibular issues, muscular problems, etc can all be potential causes, so it is best to seek help from a veterinarian in person or a local ER clinic ASAP.

I would recommend that Blaiser be examined by a vet. The symptoms you have mentioned could certainly be behavioral (sudden accidents in the house, only eating when you are near), but the wobbly appearance could indicate an internal medical illness, cancer, or neurologic disease. After a thorough physical exam, the vet may perform a neurologic exam to pick up on any subtle neurologic deficiencies. The vet may also recommend bloodwork to look for anemia, infection, liver or kidney disease, or electrolyte imbalances, all of which could cause symptoms such as you have described.

He may be so weak that that is why it seems like he is urinating and defecating in his bed and laying on it. Poor Pira! It sounds like she has a loss of appetite, weakness, and lack of bowel movements. This can be caused by a number of conditions ranging from infections, masses, or neurological conditions. Pira should be seen by a vet as soon as possible.
