It could be either dry vomit or dry feces (if the it smells like food, it is more likely to be vomit though). Just to be on the safe side, start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if you notice diarrhoea, more vomiting, lethargy or inappetence. Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! The vomit looks like foreign material like hay or some sort of basket or string material. I would look around the house or outside and see what she is getting in to. It doesn't look like round worms to me. She is eating something she shouldn't be. I advise locating where she is getting it and removing it before it causes a blockage. Have a great day
