My dog won't eat, is throwing up, and has red itchy skin. What to do?

I am so sorry to hear that Blessy is so ill. Not eating for 3 days typically indicates an internal disease process is going on such as liver, kidney, pancreas disease or an infection. This needs to be treated by your veterinarian because at home remedies won't help in this case. I would recommend starting with some testing (bloodwork, urinalysis, x-rays) through your vet to determine what is causing this so that we know how best to help your sweet girl. Once we know the cause, proper medical treatment can help stabilize her condition. Until you can get her in try offering her some Pedialyte and/or Pediasure to provide some fluid support and nutritional support until she can get seen. I’m sorry Benny isn’t feeling well! I would definitely continue the bland diet like you are doing for at least a couple more days. The homeopathic medication you pictured should be safe to give him. I’m not sure if it would help but it certainly won’t hurt. If the vomiting continue for more than 48 hours you should probably take Benny in to your vet. I am so sorry that Chanita is dealing with this. I would highly recommend calling your veterinarian and taking her to see them. This looks like it could potentially be an allergic reaction and that would explain why the benadryl helped and the lesions are no longer there. She may still have some of the allergen affecting her. Your veterinarian can perform blood work to make sure there is nothing else going on with her and then give her medication to help with the allergen. They can also vomit from an allergic reaction so it does not surprise me. Regarding her stool you can always try a bland diet (boiled chicken and white rice). You will need to take your dog to a veterinarian for an exam. Your dog could have a n intestinal blockage, a gastrointestinal or other infection, an organ disease, or even a blood parasite. Not eating is a very unspecific signs of illness and you need a diagnosis to be able to treat him. Please take your dog to a veterinarian.

Popeye sounds very sick. At this point in time, I would not recommend a home remedy. It's quite serious he's lost a lot of weight, has not eaten properly for weeks, and is throwing up. Not eating or more than just a day is definitely concerning, particularly if this is highly unusual and she's turning away things like chicken. I would be concerned about some sort of infectious or inflammatory process going on, a primary or secondary gastrointestinal issue, or one of her organ systems (liver or kidney) acting up in some fashion. If she also isn't taking anything to drink, I would definitely be worrying about dehydration setting in. If she hasn't taken anything for you by the morning, get her into the veterinarian for a check up. Unless they are able to make a determination which is obvious based on physical exam, they will want to likely run some diagnostic blood work and perhaps imaging. Hope this makes sense.

It sounds as Julie is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti nausea injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.
