It is very normal for dogs to not have a bowel movement for a day or two after diarrhea. Their intestines are empty. I would continue with the rice and chicken until Roger has nice solid poop and then you can start adding some of his normal food to the rice and chicken for another day before giving only his regular food. No, I don't think any vomiting is normal. With all the issues he really should be back at the vet so they can check him. He really should be hospitalized until he is eating normally and holding it down with no vomiting for a few days. If they find no issues he may just need to be on a daily anti-vomiting medication like Cerenia or an antacid like Pepcid.

If Agua had diarrhea and now has not defecated for a few days this can be completely normal. I would recommend if she is not straining or acting abnormally to monitor her.
